Legal notice

Hunkitu S.L. (hereinafter, Ama AI) complies with the requirements set out in Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Law 56/2007 of 28 December on measures to promote the Information Society, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights. To this end, it has issued the present Legal Notice.

Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website amaai.ai (hereinafter, the Site), including all content and services made available to Users through it, whether by Ama AI, by its Users, or by any third party.

Ama AI provides brands, aggregators and agencies with an infrastructure layer for the Amazon catalog: schema mapping, data normalization, attribute validation and automated publishing across Amazon marketplaces. The Site is the commercial and informational front of the service.

Acceptance

Use of the Site is subject to this Legal Notice, which may be updated periodically. Ama AI will notify Users of any modification of the Legal Notice or the Privacy Policy. Users who do not accept the Legal Notice must refrain from accessing or using the content or services offered on the Site.

Ama AI reserves the right to improve, modify or remove, unilaterally and without prior notice, the services and/or content of the Site at its discretion, while reasonably informing Users of any material changes.

User obligations

Users undertake to use the Site appropriately and not to use it, on a non-exhaustive basis, for:

  • Engaging in unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith or the legal order.
  • Causing damage to the physical or logical systems of Ama AI, its providers or third parties.
  • Introducing or spreading computer viruses or other systems capable of causing such damage.
  • Infringing the honour, personal or family privacy, image, intellectual or industrial property, or any other rights of third parties.
  • Carrying out acts of unfair competition or unlawful advertising.
  • Transmitting information or content that is false, inaccurate, outdated or irrelevant.

Users shall hold Ama AI harmless against any judicial or extrajudicial claim arising from a breach of the above obligations.

Intellectual and industrial property

All intellectual property rights over the Site —including its code, design, navigation structure, texts, images, trademarks, trade names and other distinctive signs— are the property of Ama AI or its lawful holders. All rights are reserved.

References to Amazon, Amazon Selling Partner Appstore, Amazon Marketplace and other distinctive signs of Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates are used solely for identification purposes and are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Ama AI is not an Amazon service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon beyond its listing in the Selling Partner Appstore programme.

Liability

Ama AI shall not be liable for any damage that may arise from the use of the content, services or information on the Site by Users, nor for any breach by Users of applicable law.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Ama AI assumes no responsibility for such links, as it has no control over them. Users access the linked content at their own risk and subject to the terms of use applicable on those sites.

Data protection

Ama AI protects personal data in accordance with applicable regulations. Information on personal-data processing is set out in the [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy).

Duration and termination

The Site is, in principle, of indefinite duration. However, Ama AI is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of any or all services of the Site at any time. Where reasonably possible, Ama AI will provide prior notice of termination or suspension.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute, the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Donostia – San Sebastián, unless mandatory law requires a different forum.
